Tim educated the Air Force active duty, National Guard and Reserve maintenance community on an enterprise-wide initiative which improved the Air Force's base-level aircraft engine readiness levels. 

This was a new initiative and was riddled with criticism from experts across the enterprise. Tim’s ability to expertly communicate this effort began with leveraging inputs from field experts to help the entire community understand the various paradigms and, with this knowledge, polish and deliver key messages to keep the initiative on schedule. Tim’s natural talents as a proven leader, orator and educator enabled him to translate a complex, formulaic approach to across the globe to all enterprise stakeholders.   

The results.... The Repair Network strategy has left a legacy!  It is operational in today's Air Force and has set the DoD’s benchmark for other reparable commodities across the services to improve sustainment to support our warfighter customers…at reduced cost!   

Tim created a Managed Fall Protection Program workshop which I have facilitated for several years. He designed the workshop exactly the opposite way I would have designed it as a subject-matter expert in the field of fall protection. However, the first time I facilitated the workshop I discovered it was designed exactly the way it should be designed. Now, after facilitating the workshop to hundreds of participants, I’m even more certain it’s a great workshop!
